top-performing private companies.
Due to our continuing fantastic growth Unicom has featured a total of five times across three
different categories.

2006 and 2007: Profit Track 100
The Profit Track 100 list ranks Britain’s 100 fastest growing private companies based on profit
growth over 3 years. A typical Profit Track 100 company:
- Is medium-sized and managed by founders or directors
- Has between 100 and 1,000 staff
- Has profit growth ranging from 40% pa to 130% pa
- Has profits ranging from £5m - £35m
- Around 20% of the companies have private equity backing
Unicom was ranked 26th in 2006 and 96th in 2007.

2007: Virgin Fast Track 100
The Virgin Fast Track 100 ranks Britain's 100 fastest-growing private companies,
based on sales growth over 3 years. A typical Fast Track 100 company:
- Is owned and run by entrepreneurs
- Has between 50 and 250 staff
- Has average sales growth ranging between 50% and 400% pa
- Has sales ranging between £5m and £500m (typically £5m - £100m)
- 20% of the companies have venture capital backing
Unicom was ranked 95th in 2008.

The Tech Track 100 ranks Britain's 100 fastest-growing private tech companies, based on
sales growth over 3 years. A typical Tech Track 100 company:
- Is generally owned and run by entrepreneurs
- Has between 20 and 100 staff
- Has sales growth ranging from 35% pa to 430% pa
- Has sales ranging from £5m - £50m
- Around 40% of the companies have venture capital backing
Unicom was ranked 95th in 2007 and 88th in 2008.
