Unicom Community Support Scheme

Community support As the leading telecommunications supplier to businesses and charities Unicom are keen to play a part in recognising and rewarding some of the fantastic community groups and organisations providing invaluable services that improve the quality of life for residents close to our regional offices.

We have therefore launched the Unicom Community Support Scheme to grant financial awards to applicants we believe will truly benefit and that truly make an impact in the local community.

To submit an application please complete the following form.

About the support scheme

  • The scheme will only consider activities that benefit the local community
  • Applications must be from a group or organisation and not an individual
  • Typical awards will be between £100 and £500
  • Political, religious or commercial activities, or those involving animals, will not normally be considered
  • The community support scheme panel will meet twice yearly in May and November to consider applications

All applications are considered by a panel which meets twice yearly in May and November and priority will be given to first time applications. This ensures all requests are dealt with fairly and equally. However, please note this makes it difficult for us to deal with short term requests.
