The itemised phone bill for April has just come through. I just wanted to thank you very very much for this and all your help the other day. This has really sped things up for me and is a great help.

I've worked in Customer Services myself for years and know how difficult it can be to get the simplest of things done. If I hadn't phoned back after my initial request and got through to you, I'd be waiting for ages for the phone bill to be delivered to my home and then even longer for me to post it on.

Thanks to your willingness to help out it's all been sorted for me quick smart. Please pass my message onto your boss, as the help you have given me really is 1st class and I should know trust me!
