Yes, you can take advantage of the online tools we offer by signing up to the Customer Zone. This will
give you access to your invoices online, you can take advantage of the Total Recall
call analysis suit of tools, you can test your telephone line for faults, and you
can benefit from the ongoing introduction of new tools we are developing to manage
your account.
You can backup any files stored on your computer. This could include your client
list, marketing material, documents to customers or even digital pictures from the
last Christmas party.
As often as you like. You are in complete control of the backup process, and only
new or changed files are backed up reducing the amount of time each backup takes.
We would recommend scheduling a backup for the end of your working day.
Your data will be stored in data vaults secured via 24 hour security, a fire suppression
system, multiple power redundancies, and a full CCTV system. In addition your data
is mirrored across two separate data vault sites to give you total peace of mind.
When transmitted from your computer all your data is protected via 128 bit encryption
to protect it in transit. Once stored within the data vault protection is increased
to 448 bit encryption, making it impossible for anyone other than yourself to gain
access to the data.
You are able to retrieve data using the Attix5 software. This will allow you to
quickly and easily select individual or multiple files to restore to your PC.
Alternatively you are able to access your data via a web interface, available at
https://portal2.webaccessbackup.com/show-login.jspx allowing you to retrieve
your data without having to first install the Attix5 software.

The encryption key is a password known only to you. You will enter this when setting up the software. Please note: Your encryption key is essential in order to access your data and is not known or stored by Unicom. You must ensure you keep your encryption; Unicom are unable to provide it or reset it.
