Van & Man/Men hire: To help you get your property into your new home. Once there, the man/men will check all the bulbs and replace with energy efficient ones where needed, check all the fuses and help you move all of your furniture into your home.
Temporary Storage:Not all houses can be moved in straight away, and some need a lick of paint or a wall or two moved/knocked down. If this is the case, we can arrange for the majority of your property and furniture to be stored in purpose built storage areas while work/painting is carried out and then delivered once work is completed.
Skip Hire: Sometimes dirty carpets, damaged furniture and all manner of rubbish can be left in a house for new owners and tenants to find. If this is the case, we can arrange for a skip to be brought round and filled there and then, so you will nto have to apply for a skip license to have it parked in the road or in your drive. No mess, no fuss!
Flat Pack Building: Lets face it. It is sometimes an art putting flat pack furniture together. Our staff have had years of experience in assembling furniture and have all the tools and spare parts you could possibly need.
Bill prepping: When you first arrive in a property, taking a meter reading is essential. You need to inform your water, gas and electric companies of your status as new residents and also get your council tax sorted. Our staff are happy to help sort these out as they know where to look and who to call and best of all…it’s totally free!
Home Insurance: We may not supply home and property insurance, but we know who does and are more than happy to point you in their direction. We can recommend companies and even contact them for you, saving you hassle and confusion.
