Welcome to the Planet of Noise, Dorset’s premiere alternative and independent music venue. We play all kinds of music, from 80’s rock, right through to the latest thrash metal. With four rooms, all playing different genres and themes each night, we are sure you can find something to roar along to and get your heart racing.
Be warned, Planet of Noise is a members only club, see our membership page for details and what you need to provide. If you want to see what the club has to offer without joining, we do have an open night on Monday when anyone (over 18 with legal ID) can come along.
Planet of Noise is open every night, and each night has a different theme.
Each of our rooms has a bar, serving beer, bottles, spirits and soft drinks. Bottled water is free, just ask at the bar. Drink responsibly!
Double Dees
Designated drivers, if you tell the door staff upon arrival that you are the Double D, you will get given a wristband to wear and all your non alcoholic drinks will be on the house!

Here at Planet of Noise, we are all about having a good time, but at the expense of others. You and your party of friends can have fun, but still be safe. Don’t be foolish and be a hero, be responsible!
